Shipping Information
Carriers
All orders ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking provided. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and package specifications.
Coverage
Continental United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.
Business Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over $200
• Expedited shipping options available upon request (contact support)
Packaging & Handling
All peptide compounds are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Temperature-sensitive items are packaged with insulated materials and cold packs when ambient conditions require it. Each package includes Safety Data Sheet references and is labeled in accordance with applicable shipping regulations for research chemicals.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are only processed for verified product defects.
Reporting Defects: To file a claim for a defective product, you must contact support within seven (7) days of delivery. Your report must include:
- Order number
- Lot number (found on the product label)
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect
- A description of the issue
Resolution: AminoNative will review all claims within 5 business days. If the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement shipment or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not available except in exceptional circumstances.
Exclusions: The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the Customer
- Products past their stated expiration date
- Products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted
- Orders cancelled after shipment
- Buyer's remorse or change of research direction
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and tracking information. We will file a claim with the carrier and, when warranted, arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. AminoNative is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control.
