Payment Processing Policy

AminoNative offers several payment methods to accommodate both individual researchers and institutional buyers. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards for all order sizes. Cards are charged at the time of order confirmation.
Wire Transfers & ACH
For institutional orders, bulk purchases, or amounts over $500, we accept wire transfers and ACH bank transfers. After placing your order, you will receive detailed payment instructions via email, including our banking details and a reference number. Orders are processed upon receipt of funds, which typically clears within 1–3 business days.
Payment must be received within 5 business days of order placement; otherwise the order may be cancelled.
Payment Security
All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. AminoNative never stores complete card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking credentials. Sensitive data is handled exclusively by our certified payment processors.
Processing Times
Card payments are authorized instantly and charged upon order confirmation. Wire and ACH transfers typically clear within 1–3 business days. Orders ship only after payment has been verified.
Currency & Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction.
Invoices & Receipts
An order confirmation and electronic receipt are emailed to the address provided at checkout upon successful payment. Institutional customers may request a formal invoice by contacting our support team at team@aminonative.com prior to placing an order.
Declined & Failed Payments
If a card payment is declined, you will be prompted to use an alternate payment method. Failed wire or ACH transfers must be resolved within 5 business days; otherwise, the order will be cancelled. AminoNative is not responsible for losses due to incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
